This is a $100 deposit towards a tattoo appointment with Carlos. Time and date of tattoo appointment to be confirmed with artist Carlos.
PLEASE READ DEPOSIT POLICY BELOW:
• Deposit is non-refundable and is credited towards the final cost of the tattoo.
• If appointment needs to be rescheduled, please provide 48-hour notice prior to appointment date, and deposit will be transferred to new date. Otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
• If you don't show up, cancel, or are more than 15 minutes late to appointment, deposit is forfeited and will require a new deposit for new date.
