SLEEP

Get a good night's sleep. It is important that you are well rested so you are able to read the signals your body is sending you and react appropriately.

EAT

Eat a good meal before your appointment. You are welcome to bring in food and drinks. We offer complimentary beverages and snacks, and the studio is surrounded with cafes and restaurants.

HYDRATE

Drink lots of fluids 24 hours before your appointment. This will help your skin be hydrated and prepared for your tattoo session. You are encouraged to bring a beverage (no alcohol) to stay hydrated during your appointment. We offer complimentary water and juice.

AVOID ALCOHOL & CAFFEINE

DO NOT drink alcohol or large amounts of caffeine 24 hours before your appointment. These can thin your blood and negatively impact the way your tattoo will turn out.

USE SUNSCREEN

Keep your skin protected from the sun. Apply sunscreen leading up to your appointment if the area is typically exposed to sunlight. Sunburned skin cannot be tattooed.

DRESS FOR COMFORT

Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed. You can bring a blanket to keep warm or for extra cushion.

COMPANY

You are welcome to bring a friend/family member for company or emotional support. Do not bring a crowd with you. There is not enough space to accommodate everyone. No children are allowed.

ENTERTAINMENT

We love chatting and getting to know you during your tattoo session. You can bring headphones to listen to music or watch a movie. Avoid activities with excessive movements, such as playing video games, which can impact the quality of line work.
